In 2010 Jalapeno eBusiness Consulting merged with Visionary events & marketing to create a powerful marketing force for Ballarat, Geelong, Victoria and Tasmania.

Visionary provides expert assistance and high quality results in the areas of event management, marketing service provision and eBusiness consulting. The Directors of the company have a combined 36 years experience in a variety of industries including Government, private and not-for-profit and have been small business owners since 2007.

Rachel Kinscher – events & marketing:

Rachel’s experience spans a wide range of industries and projects. Rachel began her career working in local government at both the City of Ballarat and also Ararat Rural City Council in the economic development, events and tourism units. After 18 months working in Scotland Rachel returned to start project, marketing and event management work first with Yachting Victoria and then with a company in Ballarat. She has also worked part-time for a Federal funding organisation (vicCHACC).

Rachel created Visionary events in 2004; it was relaunched in 2007 as Visionary events & marketing and recently merged with Jalapeno eBusiness Consulting to create Visionary events, marketing & eBusiness.

Visionary grew from a perceived need for an effective and efficient consultancy in regional Victoria. Rachel provides a professional service with empathy and understanding. Having operated and worked in a number of SMEs she has an understanding of the needs and pressures of business and particularly the owners.

She is able to listen effectively to client requirements and create common sense and fresh strategies.

Rachel is professional in her approach and relaxed in the delivery of projects. She has the ability to draw on the strengths of others and in doing so increasing the capacity of Visionary to the benefit of the client.

Craig Allan – marketing & eBusiness:

Craig has 10 years experience working in the Information Technology and eBusiness marketing domains and also draws from a wide range of commercial experience over the past 22 years within the academic, hospitality, retail and traditional marketing sectors.

Craig created Jalapeno eBusiness Consulting in 2007 to assist small to medium businesses to market themselves globally via the Internet, empowering companies to reach out into the global marketplace and compete head-on with multinational firms.

The merger to Visionary will see a new era in marketing provision; a complete solution within one company.
